Over the years, we’ve defined a multi-phased approach that works great with most HOAs when replacing residential or apartment windows. First, we meet with the directing board to discuss window options, colors, and styles in all our product lines. We also show examples of our windows and offer referrals for reference checking. Occasionally, a homeowner will present our information directly to their board of directors. To ensure that things go smoothly, we’re always available to attend the review if asked.

Once board approval has been granted, we prepare a product package outlining all pre-approved windows, options, and colors, etc. This package is made available to all condominium or multiplex owners who ask!

At this point in the process we differ from our competitors.
