RINGER WINDOWS ANNOUNCES PLANS FOR ALMOND CASEMENT WINDOWS
Ringer Windows is pleased to announce plans for production of Elite 5400 Series Almond Casement Windows to begin production late October, 2014. Orders are being accepted for almond casement windows and almond awning style windows beginning October 10, 2014.
ALMOND CASEMENT WINDOWS
Ringer Windows currently manufactures the full feature Elite 5400 Series windows in white, almond, and clay vinyl colors for single hung, double hung, horizontal sliders and picture windows. At this time, casement windows and awning windows are manufactured in white only.
Greg Ringer, owner of Ringer Windows explains, “With the expansion of color selection with the addition of an almond Casement Window, Ringer Windows will meet the needs of more Central Texas and Austin area clients by offering the almond color.”
Presently, there are no plans to expand production to a clay color casement or awning windows.
RINGER WINDOWS DONATES WINDOWS FOR STUDENT HOME PROJECT
The Hendrickson High School Geometry in Construction classes are building a Tumbleweed Tiny Home Elm Street Home this school year. During their Ringer Windows tour, students observed how geometry is very applicable to the window industry. The window installation demonstration provided some training techniques used to install Ringer Windows into their home. Students will be installing eight donated Ringer Windows into the 3 room with loft home. Upon completion, this home will be sold to raise funds for building materials for the home to be built by the next year Geometry in Construction class, 2015/2016 school year. This class allows students to apply geometry to construction and give students skills that may be applied in real world home building and remodeling. White Casement Window
ALMOND CASEMENT WINDOWS & ALMOND AWNING WINDOWS
Almond awning windows use the same window frame base as the almond casement windows. Almond awning windows will also be available for order. The Almond color is a light beige color. Crank style almond casement windows and awning windows will match the color of other Elite 5400 windows to offer a “operable window with a big view”! All Ringer Windows almond casement windows will include a full insect screen.
ENERGY EFFICIENCY AND OPERATION OF ALMOND CASEMENT WINDOWS
The energy efficiency of the almond casement windows will be the same as the white casement windows. The average SHGC is 0.22 and the U-Factor is 0.3 with the low-e 366 glass. A great low-E glass window will provide you with years of outstanding operation. Ringer Windows casement windows use robust dual operating arm hardware to provide maximum support of the double pane low-e glass in sizes up to 40″ x 72″. Awning sizes are up to 48″ x 24″.
